As summer kicks off, many of our kids are out hunting for a job to earn extra cash, help build up the college fund, or just to keep themselves busy over the 3-month break. This annual rite of passage may have a long-lingering effect that stays with them for life; they will understand the true value of a dollar. These jobs typically pay minimum wage and many of them require a little sweat and muscle. The following article examines why we should encourage our youth to get out there and work.
